At The Winfield Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your woodworking projects and home decor. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all patterns, instructions, and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
